The pocket holds the pillow firmly, preventing it from migrating off the bed, shifting upwards, or sliding sideways during the night, while still allowing natural contouring when you rest on it.

Every system includes a modular pillow shell and four distinct support inserts: an active Cooling Gel top layer, a pressure-relieving Contour Memory Foam slab, a bouncy Responsive Latex insert, and a plush Cloud Microfibre core. You can arrange, stack, or remove these layers to customize both firmness and height (loft) to fit your sleep style.

Yes. The fitted sheet (with the integrated pocket) and the outer pillow encasement are made from premium high-breathability cotton-tencel blend and are 100% machine washable. The internal foam and latex inserts should not be washed, but they can be spot cleaned if necessary.

AlignaSleep is specifically optimized for side sleepers, combination sleepers, and individuals aged 45–70 who experience neck stiffness, shoulder pressure, or restless nights due to pillow migration. However, back sleepers can also use the system by configuring a lower loft profile.
